Competence and safety form the backbone of our business, and our Incident Prevention course reflects the value we place on these elements. RCG’s Incident Prevention course aims to elevate the safety standards of train operations by equipping train drivers with the necessary knowledge and skills to prevent safety of the line incidents.

The incident prevention course is unique to RCG, and combines our knowledge of psychometric testing and train driver assessments/post incident development.
