We focus on providing bespoke assessments catered to your requirements.

• Full train driver psychometric testing to the Rail Industry Standard (RIS-3751-TOM), a requirement for train driver licensing.
• We are approved members of the Railway Assessment Centre Forum (RACF), as well as approved suppliers with RISQS (Railway Industry Suppliers Qualification Scheme), members of the RSSB (Railway Safety and Standards Board) and our assessors, are registered with the ORR (Office of Rail and Road).
• We can deliver part testing as well as online testing as an additional means of sifting as per your requirements.
• Candidates numbers are dependent on the operator’s requirements we can deliver large or small-scale testing as required by the operator.
• We can travel to deliver testing or provide use of our offices in central Manchester.
• We provide same-day feedback/results for operators and candidates.
• We can also offer operators access to prospective candidates who have already passed the assessments as private individuals.

Once the assessment dates have been arranged, testing will be delivered in line with the Railway Industry Standard (RIS-3751-TOM). Testing can be completed within 1 day or broken into separate days as per the operator’s requests. Both the operator and candidate will receive results on the same day as the assessment takes place.

Our Offices are located in central Manchester within a 5 minute walk of both Manchester Oxford Road and Manchester Deansgate train stations, alongside being close to Metrolink Deansgate, Manchester Victoria and Manchester Piccadilly train stations.

There is a large NCP car park across the road from our offices for those travelling by car.

For those travelling the night before, there are a number of hotels near our offices (Albion Wharf, M1 5LN).

There are break facilities at our offices available to candidates, candidates may also wish to leave the offices and take breaks externally. There are numerous restaurants and cafes within a 5-minute walk in both the Deansgate and Oxford Road area.
