Connect an AI assistant.
Link ChatGPT, Claude or another AI assistant to your RCG account so it can check our tests, prices, open dates and your own profile details for you.
Step 1
Copy the connection address
You'll paste this into your AI assistant. You'll be asked to sign in with your RCG account and approve access.

Add it to your assistant
ChatGPT
- Open ChatGPT settings and turn on Developer mode. If it's unavailable, ask your ChatGPT admin.
- Open the New plugin window.
- Enter the name "Railway Competence Group" and paste the connection address.
- Tick "I understand and want to continue" (ChatGPT shows this for every custom connection), then click Create.
- Sign in with your RCG account and approve, then turn the app on in the chat box and ask away.
Claude
- Open Add to Claude — the name and address are filled in for you.
- Check the details and click Add.
- If the form doesn't open, go to Claude's Connectors page, choose "Add custom connector", name it and paste the address.
- Sign in with your RCG account and approve, then turn the connector on in the chat box.
Claude Code
- Run this in a terminal:
… - Start Claude Code and type
/mcpto sign in and confirm it's connected. - Ask Claude Code to use RCG.
Other AI assistants
- Open the assistant's connector or MCP server settings.
- Add a new remote connection.
- Name it and paste the connection address.
- Sign in with your RCG account and approve.
- Turn the connection on and ask the assistant to use it.
Keeping it up to date
Refresh after we update the site
Assistants remember what they can do. If something seems missing, refresh the connection.
ChatGPT
- Open ChatGPT's Plugins page and select this app.
- Scroll to "Information" and click Refresh.
- If the address has changed, delete the app and connect again.
- Start a new chat.
Claude
- Open the Connectors page and select this connector.
- Refresh the connector.
- If the address has changed, remove it and connect again.
- Start a new chat.
Claude Code
- Start a new Claude Code session.
- If the address has changed, run
claude mcp remove railway-competence-group, then the command above again.
Other AI assistants
- Open the assistant's connector settings and select this connection.
- Refresh, reload or reconnect it.
- If the address has changed, paste the latest one.
- Start a new chat.
You can see and disconnect assistants any time in My profile → Connected apps.
